The Gardening Cooperative 2014 Calendar includes:
January: Grow Your Own Food on Jan 29, 7:30 PM, Fowler Library
February: Joint Seed Orders for gardeners, coordinated by the Concord Seed Library
March: Climate Solutions: Eco Brain with Frances Moore Lappe'
April 27: “Ask a Gardener” advice and hands-on demos at Musketaquid Earth Day
May: The Concord Garden Club will host a plant sale and speaker event.
September: Concord Ag Day Farmers Market and Farm and Garden Fair afternoon speakers, open houses
Our first joint project was the Farm and Garden Fair held September 7 and 8 2013, with 450 visitors, 60 volunteers and 24 host locations promoting sustainable practices.

Gardeners Cooperative organizations, including Gardening for Life, came together in 2012 to “Promote a home gardening movement “, which was one of six critical recommendations in the 2012 “Building Local Connections, the Concord Food Assessment Report”. Out of this discussion, the “Gardeners’ Cooperative” was born to increase visibility of food gardens and promote public interest in growing our own food.Together, the Gardeners Cooperative member organizations agree to:
